Products & Technical Information
Keshav Agro Industries specializes in the design, manufacturing, and supply of Seed Processing Plants, Gravity Separators, Vibro Destoners, Seed Graders, Seed Cleaners, Magnetic Separators, Bucket Elevators, Belt Conveyors, Screw Conveyors, and other agricultural processing machinery.
Technical specifications, machine capacities, dimensions, layouts, engineering drawings, performance data, photographs, and application details are intended to provide general product guidance. Since every processing requirement is unique, machinery may be customized according to customer specifications, production capacity, installation conditions, and operational requirements.
The company reserves the right to modify product specifications, engineering designs, machine configurations, accessories, and manufacturing processes without prior notice in order to improve product performance and technological efficiency.
Quotations & Order Confirmation
All quotations, estimated prices, machine capacities, delivery schedules, and commercial proposals provided by Keshav Agro Industries are subject to revision until officially confirmed in writing.
Order acceptance shall become effective only after mutual confirmation of technical specifications, commercial terms, payment conditions, delivery schedules, and other applicable requirements. Any modifications requested after order confirmation may affect pricing, manufacturing timelines, and delivery commitments.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding processing requirements, raw materials, production capacity, installation space, power availability, and any other technical details necessary for recommending suitable machinery.
Customers shall also ensure that machinery is installed, operated, and maintained according to the operating guidelines and technical recommendations provided by Keshav Agro Industries. The company shall not be responsible for performance issues resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modifications, inadequate maintenance, or operation beyond recommended limits.
Installation & Machine Performance
The operational efficiency of agricultural processing machinery depends upon several variables, including seed or grain type, moisture content, impurity level, environmental conditions, operator expertise, maintenance practices, and power supply.
Actual processing capacity, cleaning efficiency, grading accuracy, and output quality may vary depending upon these operational factors. Performance values shared during discussions or documentation should therefore be considered indicative rather than guaranteed under every working condition.
Warranty & Service Support
Warranty coverage, service assistance, and replacement of components shall be governed by the terms specified at the time of purchase. Warranty shall not apply to damage caused by improper handling, accidental damage, electrical fluctuations, unauthorized repairs, use of non-genuine spare parts, neglect of maintenance schedules, or operation contrary to recommended guidelines.
Technical support and spare parts availability may vary depending on machine model, production year, and component availability.
Intellectual Property
All engineering concepts, machinery designs, technical drawings, product catalogues, photographs, videos, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, documentation, and written material developed by Keshav Agro Industries remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company.
No person or organization may reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, reverse engineer, or commercially utilize any part of these materials without obtaining prior written consent from Keshav Agro Industries.
Limitation of Liability
Keshav Agro Industries shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from machinery misuse, incorrect equipment selection, production delays caused by external circumstances, operational interruptions, transportation delays, installation errors, or reliance upon technical information without professional consultation.
The company's liability, if any, shall remain limited to the extent permitted under applicable laws.
Third-Party Services
Any references to third-party suppliers, logistics providers, certification agencies, financial institutions, or external service providers are offered solely for customer convenience. Keshav Agro Industries neither controls nor guarantees the quality, reliability, or availability of products and services provided by such independent organizations.
Business Communication
Information shared through enquiries, quotation requests, technical discussions, email correspondence, telephone conversations, or other communication channels shall be used for responding to customer requirements, preparing commercial proposals, improving services, and maintaining business records.
Customers agree to provide accurate information during all business communications and shall refrain from submitting misleading, unlawful, or fraudulent information.
Force Majeure
Keshav Agro Industries shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, floods, governmental actions, strikes, transportation disruptions, supply chain interruptions, pandemics, war, civil disturbances, power failures, or other unforeseen events.
Amendments
Keshav Agro Industries reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions whenever required to reflect changes in manufacturing practices, legal requirements, technological developments, business policies, or operational procedures. Revised terms shall become effective immediately upon publication.
